What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects of the replaced part
Problems arising from the intervention performed
Malfunction of the repaired component
Interventions during the warranty period are carried out without additional costs for the part or related labor, if the defect is covered by the warranty conditions.
Important (batteries)
The battery is a consumable item. The warranty covers functional defects (e.g. not charging, sudden shutdown, major instability), but does not cover normal wear and tear or gradual decrease in capacity over time, if within normal usage parameters.
Important (screens)
The warranty does not cover:
broken/cracked screens after delivery;
pressure marks, impact points, deep scratches;
damage caused by bent covers/cases or installation of non-compliant accessories.
What is not covered by the warranty
The warranty does not cover:
Mechanical damage (shocks, impacts, cracks, breakages)
Contact with liquids or moisture
Unauthorized interventions on the device
Malfunctions caused by improper use
Software problems that occurred after hardware intervention
Normal wear and tear over time
Any situation is technically evaluated before confirming the application of the warranty.
Procedure for resolving a warranty claim
Presentation of the device together with the service document.
Technical check to identify the cause of the defect.
Confirmation of warranty applicability.
Fix the problem as soon as possible.
If the defect is not covered by the warranty, the customer is informed before any further intervention.
Devices with traces of liquid / oxidation
In the case of devices that have been in contact with liquids, even if they work after the intervention, defects may occur later due to oxidation. For this reason:
the guarantee applies strictly to the operation performed, within the limits of technical possibilities;
the long-term operation of already affected components cannot be guaranteed.
Data, privacy and software
In software repairs (system installation, optimization, malware cleaning), the warranty refers to the execution of the service, not the behavior of third-party applications or subsequent use.
We always recommend backups. We cannot provide guarantees for data loss caused by pre-existing defects.

Warranty duration
The warranty period varies depending on the type of part replaced and the nature of the intervention. The exact period is indicated on the service document.

Screen (display / touch): 3–12 months
Battery: 3–12 months
Charging connector/ports: 3–6 months
Camera/microphone/speaker/sensors: 3–6 months
Motherboard repairs (micro-welding): 1–3 months
The exact duration is specified depending on the model and type of part used.
notebooks
Laptop screen: 3–12 months
Laptop battery: 3–12 months
SSD/RAM upgrade: 6–12 months
Power connector: 3–6 months
Motherboard repairs: 1–3 months
The warranty period is stated in the document issued upon completion of the repair.
Labor (work performed)
Labor is usually covered for 3–6 months, within the limits of the conditions below. (Example: the part is under warranty for 12 months, and the labor for 6 months – the terms mentioned on the document apply.)
