This Privacy Policy applies to the information that the website www.restart.md may receive about the user during the use of the website and online store.

1. Definition of Terms

The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

- "Site Administration" – the authorized personnel managing the website on behalf of Restart Group SRL, responsible for processing personal data, determining the purposes, scope, and actions (operations) required for processing personal data.
 
- "Personal Data" – any information or data related directly or indirectly to a specific identified or unidentified individual (data subject).
 
- "Processing of Personal Data" – a set of actions (operations) with personal data, including organization, collection, storage, recording, updating, modification, retrieval, usage, transmission, deletion, and/or blocking.

2.5 The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the site user.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1 This Privacy Policy outlines the obligations of the Site Administration regarding the confidentiality and protection of personal data provided by the user upon request, during registration, or when placing an order.

3.2 Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the user when filling out the registration form and includes the following data:
   - User’s first and last name;
   - Contact phone number;
   - Email address;
   - Delivery address.

3.3 Disabling cookies may prevent access to some components of the site that require their use.

4. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

The Site Administration may use the user's personal data for:
   - Identifying the registered user to place an order and/or conclude a sales contract;
   - Providing the user access to customized site resources and solutions;

   - Confirming the validity and completeness of the provided personal data;

5.1 User's personal data processing is carried out without time limits by any legal method, including data information systems with or without automation tools.

5.3 The Site Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, alteration, destruction, copying, distribution, blocking, and other illegal actions by third parties.

5.4 The Site Administration, together with the user, takes all measures to prevent damages or other negative consequences caused by data loss or disclosure.

6. Obligations of the Parties

The User is obligated to:
   - Provide necessary personal data for site use;
   - Update and supplement personal data if modified.

The Site Administration is obligated to:
   - Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy;
   - Ensure the confidentiality of the provided information, not disclose it without prior written permission from the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose it in any other ways, except as specified in point 5.2;
   - Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the user's personal data.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1 The Site Administration is liable for any losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with Moldovan law, except as provided in points 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2 The Site Administration is not liable in the event of confidential information disclosure if:
   - It became public before its loss or disclosure;
   - It was received from a third party before being obtained by the Site Administration;
   - It was disclosed with the User's consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Before turning to the courts for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Site Administration, a written complaint signed by the User for amicable resolution is mandatory.

8.2 The complaint recipient shall respond in writing to the claimant regarding the complaint examination results.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to judicial authorities in accordance with Moldovan law.

9. Additional Conditions

9.1 The Site Administration reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy without prior notice or consent from the user.

9.2 The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the date of posting on the site, unless otherwise specified.
