How is the repair going?

We check the device and identify the exact problem. We clearly communicate the defect and the cost of the repair.
Diagnostics are free if the repair is carried out by us. Otherwise, a nominal fee is charged for the verification process.
2. Confirm price and execution time
We will inform you of the final price before the intervention and the estimated duration. The repair will only start after your agreement. No surprises upon collection.
3. Professional repair
The intervention is performed with specialized equipment and original or premium parts, depending on your choice. We follow correct technical procedures for the safety of the device.
4. Complete final testing
After the repair, we check all the functions of the device: display, battery, signal, camera, speakers, sensors. We make sure that everything is working properly.
5. Handover + Warranty
You receive the tested device and explanations regarding the work performed. We offer a warranty for parts and labor, according to the type of intervention.
